Job Summary
Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence while maintaining their dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate any observed changes in condition to a supervisor immediately. Maintain a secure environment for staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards and encouraging teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

- Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
