Job Summary
The Care Provider will deliver personal assistance and daily care to residents in a senior living community, enhancing their independence and quality of life in line with the company’s mission and values. Responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence; responding promptly to residents’ needs while preserving their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality; reporting observed changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor; maintaining a safe environment by following established safety standards; and promoting teamwork with coworkers and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with elderly
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
- Vaccinations and PPE may be required
