Job Summary
Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence care as specified in their service plans. Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality. Communicate any observed changes in condition to a supervisor immediately and maintain a secure environment for staff, residents, and guests by following established safety standards. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. This role supports a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, fostering a culture of authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

- Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
