Job Summary
Care Provider assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, transferring, and continence, to enhance independence and quality of life in a premier senior living community. Responsibilities include prompt response to residents’ needs, maintaining dignity and safety, communicating changes in condition to a supervisor, upholding safety standards, and fostering teamwork with staff and other departments. Shifts are Sun-Wed 6am-2pm in Sacramento, CA, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, life insurance, retirement plan, and more. Requires compassionate elderly-care oriented service and willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly
- Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
