Job Summary
Caregiver role providing personal assistance and daily care to residents in a senior living community. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), responding to needs promptly, communicating changes to a supervisor, maintaining safety, and encouraging teamwork. Requires ability to interact with residents, families and staff with empathy and confidentiality; training provided. Scheduled Saturday and Sunday 6am-2pm; benefits include health coverage, paid time off, meals, 401(k), and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
