Job Summary
Care Provider at The Ivy Castle Rock (senior living community) providing personal assistance and daily care to residents per care plans. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), responding to resident needs, communicating changes to a supervisor, maintaining safety, and promoting teamwork. Training provided; 18+ required; must pass background and health screenings; vaccination per regulatory guidelines may be required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
