Job Summary
Care Provider/Caregiver for ALZ/MC residents responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence), maintaining residents' dignity, safety, and confidentiality, and communicating any changes in condition to a supervisor. Requires interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals; emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to care plans. Roles include following health and safety protocols, potential vaccination/testing requirements, and ongoing training. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
- Vaccination may be required (per regulatory guidelines)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Must interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families
