Job Summary
Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home, including activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship. Assist with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises; provide medication reminders and document conditions for supervisor review; maintain a safe home environment; engage clients in activities like puzzles, reading, and hobbies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Six (6) months of experience as a Caregiver
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
- Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
