Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Prepare meals according to dietary needs, perform light housekeeping, and monitor health or behavioral changes while reporting updates. Provide medication reminders, companionship, and emotional support, and assist with transportation to appointments or errands when applicable. Follow care plans, document services, and maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety. Valid driver's license, ability to lift 25–50 pounds, and 18 years of age required. Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and supportive team environment available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required)
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
- 18 years old or more
- Have a valid ID
- Able to pass a PA criminal background check
- Able to pass an FBI background check if you have not been a PA resident for 2 years
- TB Clearance
Desired Qualifications
- 1-year hands-on caregiving experience is preferred, but not required
