Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while treating all individuals with dignity, respect, and compassion. Follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation. Incorporate the Generation's Mission, Vision, and Values into daily work and interactions. Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills. Maintain a compassionate and patient demeanor while supporting the vitality and joy of seniors. Part-time schedule from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am with rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Part-time in Memory Care
- 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
- 8-Hour Shifts
- Rotating schedule
- Full availability
- Weekend and holiday availability
