Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and perform light housekeeping. Execute patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, and incontinence care while using equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Weekend shift differential and flexible scheduling available.
