Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes dignity and safety for seniors in their homes. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting support, mobility, and meal preparation. Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement while managing light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders. Follow individual care plans, maintain confidentiality, and communicate updates clearly with clients, families, and team members. Requires a driver's license, reliability, and flexibility for various shifts including weekends and holidays.

- Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs, pick up extra shifts, and work weekends or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), caregiver, or dementia caregiver specialist
- A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn
- Experienced caregivers, including those with professional or private caregiving experience
