Job Summary
Caregiver in-home position providing clinical in-home assistance. Responsibilities include personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing, meal preparation, accompanying patients to errands or medical appointments, light housekeeping, hospice supportive care, medication reminders, ROM exercises, care for bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment such as gait belts or a Hoyer lift. Strong focus on enabling patients to stay in their homes and maintaining comfort, safety, and dignity while performing tasks listed above.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification
- HHA certification
- Direct Care Worker credential
