Job Summary
Provide companionship, assist with personal care and activities of daily living, help with meal preparation and household tasks, and support client mobility and safety. Document completed visits through our mobile app while ensuring clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Weekend availability is required for flexible shifts, with full-time or part-time options available. Starting pay is $18/hour with weekly payment, plus sign-on and performance bonuses. This local team offers consistent client assignments and a supportive office environment for caregivers in Crystal Lake, Island Lake, and McHenry.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to reliably travel to client homes
