Job Summary
Care Pro responsibilities include establishing professional communication with Clients and families, providing personalized in-home support to senior Clients, assisting with personal care needs, keeping the Client's environment clean and organized, and reminding Clients to take self-administered medications. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and age 18+. Training is paid, scheduling is flexible, and Home Instead offers full-time and part-time hours with competitive hourly wages. CNAs and caring professionals are sought to help aging adults stay safely at home; background checks and DMV/drug screening are part of the hiring process.
