Job Summary
Providing assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs; Interacting daily with residents to improve quality of life; Assisting residents with dining, including preparing/cleaning dining areas, assisting with food selection, and serving beverages and meals to promote a pleasant dining environment and social interaction among residents; This role supports seniors within the community and requires a passion for helping others and effective English communication; High school diploma or GED is requested, and the position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written)
- Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
- Certified Nursing Assistant not required
