Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance to seniors at home: help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and incontinence care; assist with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation; offer companionship and conversation; provide medication reminders; document daily activities and any changes in condition; strong emphasis on compassionate, reliable caregiving and a family-oriented work culture. HS diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; HHA/CNA preferred but training is provided; open availability and background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — training provided
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus
