Job Summary
Caregiver / Home Health Aide responsible for assisting with activities of daily living in clients' homes and communities, including bathing, ambulation, mouth care, dressing, exercise, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, companionship, respite care, and support following care plans. Duties include ensuring client safety, reporting to Supervisor, maintaining records of daily activities and hours, developing cooperative working relationships, and ensuring services align with agency policies. Required qualifications include a Diploma/G.E.D, Certification in Personal Care, a valid driver’s license, insurance coverage, and internet-enabled mobile phone; on-the-job training and orientation are provided. Suggested experience and settings include part-time roles in healthcare with ~1 year of experience and knowledge of CPR/First Aid.”,
