Job Summary
Conduct meal preparation, perform housekeeping, and provide companionship to clients in their homes. Deliver personal hygiene care and offer transportation assistance as needed, while performing other light duties assigned by supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when working independently with individuals of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities. This role supports clients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, or managing chronic disabilities and aging, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and independence are maximized.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
