Caregiver (Home Health Aide in-Training)

Assist with housekeeping, laundry, trash removal, and bed making. Support meal services by transporting residents to dining rooms, delivering trays, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Provide companionship, answer call lights promptly, and check in with residents frequently to facilitate engagement in activities. Deliver personal care according to state regulatory guidelines. Participate in a training program to become a Certified Home Health Aide and eventually a Certified Nursing Assistant. This role is designed for candidates with a high school diploma or GED and up to one year of relevant experience who are interested in pursuing certification within Trilogy's supportive long-term care environment.
