Job Summary
Provide in-home care as a Home Health Aide: work one-on-one with patients in their homes, following a personalized care plan. Assist with ADLs, medication reminders, errands, light housekeeping, laundry, and accompaniment to medical appointments. Build genuine, compassionate relationships with patients; be detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior Home Health Care experience is a plus. Per Diem/On-Call/Flexible scheduling to service clients in Philadelphia, PA and Delaware County areas.
