Job Summary
Conduct housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene care for clients in their homes. Provide companionship and transportation assistance while managing light duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and work independently with good judgment. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a valid driver's license, and possess CNA/HHA certification or complete the competency test. Requires current CPR certification, Level 2 background check, and TB clearance. Minimum eighteen years of age with six months caregiver experience.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
- TB Clearance Per State Regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Bilingual - English and Spanish Speaking
