Job Summary
Conduct housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene care for clients in their homes. Provide companionship, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and exercise independent judgment while delivering individualized support for people recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, or managing chronic conditions and aging. Complete a level 2 background screening and hold current CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
- TB Clearance Per State Regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
