Job Summary
Prepare meals, perform housekeeping, and provide personal hygiene care for clients in their homes. Assist with transportation and offer companionship while managing daily activities. Travel to assigned client locations within the service area and maintain reliable attendance. Complete required background checks and obtain valid driver's license and auto insurance. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers individualized support to help people maintain independence and dignity, whether recovering from illness or managing chronic conditions. Services include personal care, homemaking, and respite care tailored to clients of all ages and abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Valid Social Security Card
- Current Auto Insurance
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Ability to successfully pass all required background checks
- Honest and accurate availability with a commitment to honoring scheduled shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to accept additional assignments or cover other clients when needed, based on availability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to notify the office promptly of any schedule changes or emergencies
Desired Qualifications
- Adult & Child First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- No prior experience necessary
