Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities including meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene care, and transportation. Provide companionship and perform other light duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and exercising good judgment. Maintain close vision and peripheral vision to perform essential functions safely. No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided. CPR/First Aid certification required where applicable. Valid driver's license and age eighteen or older required.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to type on a computer keyboard
- CPR /First Aid Certification required where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- Caregiving experience
- CNA certificate
