Job Summary
Conduct housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene care for clients in their homes. Provide companionship, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and work independently with good judgment while adhering to state regulations for TB clearance and background checks. This role supports individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those with chronic disabilities or cognitive conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
- TB Clearance Per State Regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
