Job Summary
Conduct meal preparation, perform housekeeping, and provide companionship to clients in their homes. Assist with personal hygiene care and offer transportation support as needed. Perform other light duties assigned by supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment while working independently. Complete pre-employment background checks and adhere to all safety protocols. No prior experience required; orientation and training provided. This role supports individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those with chronic disabilities or aging needs, ensuring dignity and privacy.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
