Job Summary
Conduct housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with personal hygiene care for clients in their homes. Provide companionship, offer transportation assistance, and perform other light duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment while working independently. This role requires a valid driver's license, current CPR certification, and at least six months of caregiving experience. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers individualized support to help people of all ages maintain dignity and independence in their own residences.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid Driver's License
- 6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
- CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Check through AHCA
- TB Clearance Per State Regulations
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
