Job Summary
Prepare meals, maintain housekeeping, and provide companionship for clients in their homes. Assist with personal hygiene care and offer transportation support as needed. Perform other light duties assigned by supervisors. Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when working independently. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers individualized care to support people recovering from illness, injury, or aging, maximizing their dignity and independence. Services include personal care, homemaking, and Alzheimer's/dementia care tailored to individual needs.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
