Job Summary
Provide individualized care in client homes by assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, personal hygiene, and transportation. Offer companionship and support for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those managing chronic disabilities or aging. Perform other light duties as assigned while maintaining confidentiality and working independently with good judgment. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. This role requires overnight 12-hour shifts from Sunday through Saturday and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must be very dependable
- Overnight 12 hour shifts Sunday-Saturday
