Caregiver

Conduct all duties as assigned by the client's Care Plan, including assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, ambulation, and feeding. Support a clean, safe, and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping like sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, while planning and preparing meals to meet nutritional needs. Assist with transfers, administer medications, and facilitate light exercise per the Care Plan. Observe and report changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition to Hands from the Heart and relevant parties. Maintain effective communication with clients, family, and co-workers, complete required documentation promptly, and participate in continuing education and staff meetings. Use equipment safely and uphold client confidentiality.
