Job Summary
Home Care Assistance seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors. Flexibility in shifts is preferred. Entry-level position with essential qualifications including high school diploma or GED and relevant certifications. Emphasizes personal qualities such as empathy and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license to travel to a specific place of assignment
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check and provide references
- Can pass drug screening
- Must be reliable, dependable and on time
- Able to read and write English and must be able to effectively follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- At least 18 years old must provide proof of education and /or experience to be able to accomplish the assigned tasks.
Desired Qualifications
- HHA, PCA, CNA certification preferred
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
