Job Summary
Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation and companionship. Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion, provide medication reminders, document client condition and notify a supervisor of concerns, and maintain a safe home environment. Engage clients in activities they enjoy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies). Spanish-speaking ability is required. Requires High school diploma (or equivalent) and active CA Home Care Aide (HCA) registration; CPR certification; Covid-19 vaccination; valid CA driver’s license with auto insurance and transportation; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; and at least 6 months of healthcare experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
