Senior Helpers of Coastal OC is seeking a compassionate in-home caregiver to assist seniors with daily routines and help them age safely and comfortably at home in Mission Viejo, CA. Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transportation to medical appointments, providing companionship, and supporting independence while ensuring safety. Flexible, part-time shifts available (4, 6, 8, or 12 hours) including weekends; opportunities for training, career advancement, and benefits. Requires a kind and gentle disposition, ability to pass background check and drug test, and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle. Home Care Aide registration is preferred (can be completed after hire). Training and onboarding provided; benefits include mileage reimbursement, bi-weekly pay, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
