Job Summary
Provide individualized attention to clients to maintain their physical, mental, and social well-being, including assistance with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, and transferring. Transfer clients using proper body mechanics or lifting devices and attend to specific needs such as incontinent care and range of motion exercises. Assist clients with medication reminders for self-administered drugs and perform homemaking tasks like vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms. Maintain client comfort, privacy, and dignity while communicating effectively with families and visitors. This role requires a DOJ/FBI background clearance, negative TB test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen, with 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred. Candidates must reside within an hour of the Truckee service area. Interim Healthcare offers flexible assignments, free education courses, and competitive pay including daily paid overtime.
Required Qualifications
