Job Summary
Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, grooming, and transfer support. Assist with safe use of assistive equipment, perform light housekeeping, and ensure medication reminders are completed. Support mobility and general safety while encouraging communication and social engagement. Document care tasks accurately and build meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standards. Must hold an HCA license, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel up to 25 miles. Requires split/stacked shift availability and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Starting compensation is $21 per hour for personal attendants or $24 for weekend-only roles.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experience
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Must be able to work split/stacked shifts (1–4-hour shifts combined to form full workdays)
- Must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Daytime, Afternoon, and Evening availability
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- HCA License
