Job Summary
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mobility transfers. Provide companionship through meaningful conversations and document care observations for health monitoring. Work early morning shifts Monday through Friday at Executive Home Care. Complete background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by state law. Required Qualifications
- Completion of background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
