Job Summary
Caregiver roles (PCAs, HHAs, Homemakers) across Massachusetts for in-home elder care. Responsibilities include assisting clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and transportation; provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care; offer companionship to support emotional well-being; provide medication reminders; document daily activities and changes in condition. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license with auto insurance; HHA Certificate or CNA license preferred but training is provided; open availability preferred; must pass a criminal background check.
