Job Summary
Provide compassionate personal care in the client’s home (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding) and assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention. Support ADLs and help maintain a safe home environment, including light meal prep and occasional housekeeping/errands. Monitor and report changes in condition, build trusting relationships with clients and families. Flexible scheduling with local assignments in York, PA; full/part-time and weekend shifts available. Must have CNA/HHA/PCA certification (preferred) and 2+ years in home care; 18+; valid driver's license and auto insurance; pass background/drug checks. Training and ongoing support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (preferred but not required)
- At least two (2) years of experience in home care, long-term care, or working with seniors is required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
