Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents; assist with activities of daily living (ADLs); monitor changes in residents' care needs and update their Resident Care Plan; encourage resident participation in community programs and activities; work in Brandywine Assisted Living, Mahwah, NJ on a Full Time schedule with shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am; requires CNA/HHA certification, English proficiency, and prior elder-care experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aide
- Able to speak, read and write in English
- At least 1 year resident care experience required
