Job Summary
Caregiver/HHA & CNA needed to provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes in Pottstown, PA. Responsibilities include assisting with full ADLs, cooking, medication reminders, extensive transfer support (bed/chair/mobility), ambulation/wheelchair assistance, and occasional wound care. Must have Hoyer Lift experience and a valid driver's license with access to a car. Maintain accurate records of patient care and communicate observations to a supervisor. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or CNA license/certification
- Hoyer Lift experience
- Ability to perform ADLs with patients
- Must have a car/driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Experience with wound care (as needed)
- Record-keeping and reporting observations to supervisor
