Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal care, medication management, and companionship for seniors. Foster a nurturing environment that promotes client independence and dignity while assisting with mobility and transportation needs. Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans and build meaningful relationships with clients and families. Maintain a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 10am to 2pm, with a preference for male caregivers applying between August 19th and September 5th. Join A Place at Home's Inland Empire West team to deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- Registered with the Guardian Registry
- Must have a current, valid TB test
- Must provide professional references that verify previous caregiving work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dependable, and professional in all interactions
- Previous experience as an in-home caregiver
- Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles
- Reliability, responsibility, and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client
- Monday- Friday 10am-2pm
