Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual needs and interact daily to improve quality of life. Support dining operations by preparing or cleaning the dining room, assisting with food selection, and serving beverages and food while encouraging social interaction. Maintain simple records and communicate effectively in English. Must hold a Personal Care Aide or Nursing Aide certificate, be at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. On-demand pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Care Aide or Nursing Aide certificate
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be 18 years old
- Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
