Job Summary
Flexible Caregiver needed to provide in-home non-medical care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, preparing meals, transfer/mobility assistance, reminders for medications, light housekeeping, shopping/errands, transportation to appointments, and providing companionship. Must be 18+, possess a driver’s license and own transportation, pass a background check, hold CPR/First Aid certification, and have TB test results within the last year (preferred). On-call, weekends, and travel up to 30–40 minutes required; benefits include internal growth options, attendance bonuses, paid training, and PPE.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Driver’s license and social security card or government issued ID
- Own transportation and the capability to transport clients
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Proof of negative TB test within in last 12 months (preferred)
- Genuine care for others and the willingness to learn
- Willing to travel at least 30 to 40 minutes
