Job Summary
Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support while preparing nutritious meals and performing light housekeeping duties. Transport clients to appointments and errands, and document any changes in client condition to supervisors. Maintain medication reminders and monitor overall health and well-being. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Previous caregiving experience is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home health, or personal care aide experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
