Job Summary
Provide personalized support to seniors and adults by offering companionship, assisting with bathing and mobility, preparing meals, and performing light household tasks. Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands while following individualized care plans. Observe and document changes in clients' conditions, communicate concerns to the nursing team, and accurately complete timesheets. Maintain open communication with clients, family members, supervisors, and fellow caregivers. No prior experience or certifications required; initial training provided. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- A valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
