Job Summary
Assist clients with daily activities to help them stay independent and in their own homes, including personal care, mobility, transfers, range of motion exercises, meal planning, and household needs. Provide companionship and respite services for the family while managing transportation requirements. This role involves working Monday through Friday in Gilbert, AZ, for 6–8 hours daily, with potential split shifts covering morning and night hours. A high school diploma, reliable vehicle, and previous at-home caregiver experience are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Reliable vehicle to support client transportation needs
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver
- Must be able to assist with ambulation, toileting, showering and transportation needs
- Monday through Friday 6-8 hours a day
- Possibility that this turns into a split shift working 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours at night
