Job Summary
Caregivers to serve in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Island counties for in-home care. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing, peri-care), transfers/ambulation, meal preparation and special diets, transportation to appointments, light housekeeping/home management, medication reminders, companionship and supervision, and occasional gardening/pet care. Requirements include CNA/HCA license or willingness to become licensed within 200 days, valid driver's license with insurance or reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check and provide two professional references, reliability and punctuality, strong communication skills, and prior caregiving experience preferred but training is available. Location: Bothell, WA. Shifts include 12-hour day and night assignments. Benefits include paid training, continuing education credits, bi-monthly pay via direct deposit, holiday/sick pay, and referral incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire
- Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
- Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
- Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
- Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
