Job Summary
Caregiver with CNA/HCA licensure or willingness to obtain within 200 days of hire; weekend part-time role serving clients in Stanwood, WA. Responsibilities include personal care (bathing), transfers & ambulation, meal preparation and special diets, transportation to appointments/shopping, light housekeeping/home management, medication reminders, companionship and supervision. Must have a Driver’s License with proof of insurance or reliable transportation, pass a background check, and provide two positive professional references. Training is provided; flexible weekend schedule; travel reimbursement. The employer notes bi-monthly pay periods, paid training and an emphasis on compassionate, reliable caregiving with a focus on matching client needs to caregiver skills.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/certified CNA/HCA or willingness to get licensed within 200 days of hire
- Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable transportation
- Must pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
- Reliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
- Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but willing to train new caregivers
