Job Summary

Maintain a safe and respectful environment while accurately documenting all services delivered using approved systems. Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately and communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies. Arrive on time for all scheduled visits and complete assigned tasks within the variable schedule that may include days, evenings, and weekends. Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful communication with clients, families, and team members while following all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Reliable transportation within service area
- Ability to pass background check and required screenings
